TEACHER, MENTOR, CHANGE MAKER and SCHOOL LEADER DEVELOPMENT
Several schools and school systems in Karnataka, India benefited by having hundreds of teachers go through a series of training, hands-on observations and coaching sessions by experienced teacher educators who raise teaching practices in lesson planning, experiential cooperative learning, concept attainment, class room management and student assessment. Tens of experienced colleagues of these teachers benefited by extended training and coaching on mentoring and building of mentors across several schools. Hundreds of school leaders were also engaged in several workshops and coaching sessions to raise the bar of high quality teaching-learning in their schools by bringing about sustained education transformation.
